The collectivist (Marxist, communist, socialist, progressive, Democrat - all virtually the same) movement has always been a movement that has succeeded because the population was a compliant population. To be compliant is to be inclined to agree with others or obey rules, especially to an excessive degree; acquiescent. Compliant people are those who are more concerned with being accepted by the many as opposed to ask why. They do not ask why we should say undocumented when in fact illegal is the proper term. They do not ask why those who are not citizens should be treated as if they were citizens. They do not ask why it is fair, or even reasonable, for those who do not meet the standards set for all should be allowed to be excused from those standards. They do not ask why every government mandate should not be questioned.
Compliant people are easily susceptible to propaganda. When government officials tell the compliant that their dictates are for the good and the safety of all, the compliant simply say tell me what to do. When government officials tell the compliant that their dictates are different from what the facts say they are, the compliant will believe the government officials. When the government officials establish certain rituals and signals to show the support of the people for them, the compliant not only will quickly accept the rituals and signals for themselves, they will denounce and demonize the people who do not. When the government officials tell the compliant that the sacrifices they are making is in the best interest of all, the compliant will ask how else they can sacrifice.
Compliant people are the type of people who like to be told what to do. Compliant people are the type of people who do not want to take responsibility for themselves or for their decisions. Compliant people want to be told the answer and not do their own research and arrive at their own conclusion. Compliant people are easily indoctrinated while rejecting education.
Americans gained their freedom and independence because they were not compliant. Americans have excelled and made their own way because they were not compliant. Americans have remained free and independent because they were not compliant. The Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) party has support today because many Americans have chosen the simple way, they have chosen to reject Americanism and become compliant. Collectivism requires a compliant population. Freedom and liberty cannot and will not survive when the population becomes compliant.
Bureaucrats are not elected officials. Many are not even appointed and confirmed. They are simply hired. Sadly, once hired, it is exceedingly difficult, in today’s world, to get rid of them regardless of how incompetent they are. Unfortunately, those on the left view bureaucrats as an authority.
This is not unusual. In the collectivist (Marxist, communist, socialist, progressive, Democrat, - all virtually the same) world, bureaucrats are the authority. Who has the authority to make decisions, is a major divide between the United States Obama promised to fundamentally transform, and the United States into which he wanted the United States transformed. In the United States Comrade Obama and his fellow communists despise, the United States that is a Republic where the people elect representatives to make decisions, the bureaucrats play the role of secondary servant to the people. They perform administrative functions including gathering and presenting information so the elected representatives can make the decisions.
In the communist world, the world of the modern Democrat Party, the bureaucracy is the all-powerful authoritarian and decision-making arm of government. In the United States that Comrade Obama promised, elected officials are merely figure heads with at the most, having the power to make suggestions and recommendations to the party official bureaucrats. What we have seen in the United States is that part of this fundamental transformation has taken place. If we are to remain a free and independent people, we must stop that trend immediately.
Deborah Birx, the White House coronavirus task force coordinator, and a bureaucrat said that it is difficult to tell if the country will close again because of the pandemic. Birx told ABC’s “This Week” that officials will learn in the coming months how to “maintain openness and safety” while reopening.
“I want to be very clear to the American people – we are preparing for that potential fall issue,” she said, adding that officials are focused on gathering personal protective equipment and ventilators and advancing therapeutics and vaccine development.
The American people must make it clear to Brix that she is not an elected official and has no authority or right to tell the American people if there will be a lockdown at any time. The American people must make it clear to Brix that her only role is to advise the elected officials as to what her findings might be, and then the elected officials would decide. The American people would then decide if they agreed with the decision by voicing their opinion in the next election.
You see Ms. Brix, the fundamental transformation promised by Comrade Obama is not complete. Until that fundamental transformation has been completed to a Marxist totalitarian state, you will be just a bureaucrat who advises, and not a bureaucrat who decides.
The United States is at a tipping point. We will tip over the top to communism, as desired by the collectivists, (Marxists, communists, socialists, progressives, Democrats, - all virtually the same) or we will tip to liberty and freedom as desired by the Freedom Loving Americans. The call to transform the United States to a collectivist nation was made by Karl Marx when he said that the United States will not become collectivist through revolution but by transformation, in 1920 Lenin called for this transformation of the United States to a collectivist nation just as he brought a revolution to change Russia to a collectivist nation, and in 2008 Comrade Obama promised that he would fundamentally transform the United States to a collectivist nation.
What can we Freedom Loving Americans do to change the course of that transformation called for by Marx, Lenin, and Obama? We could continue to complain about what is happening by writing snarky comments on social media, we could continue to argue and “really tell them commies a thing or two,” or we could take our plight seriously and follow the lead of the Father of the Revolution, Samuel Adams. Never believe that the American Revolution just happened. Nothing just happens. Samuel Adams made the Revolution happen. Will you be one to make the transformation stop and freedom and liberty restored per our founding documents, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States including the Bill of Rights.
Just as the American Revolution did not just happen, the transformation of the United States to be on the edge of tipping to a collectivist nation did not just happen. Just as important as understanding why we were established to protect the people from the tyranny of government, you must understand who those are that want the tyranny of government to prevail and why they want it. You must go beyond the bumper stickers and 30 second sound bites to understand why they despise our Declaration of Independence which established our country as the first nation to be founded on the basis of Natural Rights, why they despise the Constitution of the United States which specifically limits the power of the government, and why they despise the Bill of Rights which guarantees the same liberties to the minority it guarantees to the majority.

Illinois businesses that go against the state’s mandated stay-at-home order could face a hefty fine and even time behind bars under a new proposal. Gov. J.B. Pritzker proposed a new rule that would punish businesses that do not follow the state's stay-at-home rules. Pritzker proposed slapping nonessential businesses owners who break the order with a misdemeanor charge that could result in fines and even possible jail time. If approved, the new order would go into effect over the next 150 days.
But the proposal is already receiving push back from local law enforcement agencies.
“We are not going to issue any citations in regard to the governor's order. We are going to enforce the governor's order. What I mean by enforcing the governor's order: If we get the complaint, we'll go there and educate the business on what could happen. If we're sent there a second time, then we'll do a report and send them to the appropriate agency," Quincy Police Department Deputy Chief Shannon Pilkington said.
Pike County Sheriff David Greenwood said he wouldn’t arrest anybody “for trying to make a living opening their business.”

In different states, counties, and cities in the United States today we have irresponsible and anti-American calls to suppress the Natural Rights of the citizens of our country, the right to Life, Liberty, and Property or the pursuit of happiness. Our United States Constitution was drafted and ratified for the purpose of protecting the people of our nation against the tyranny of government. The Bill of Rights was added as an insurance policy to reinforce without equivocation the purpose of the Constitution to which it was added.

I saw an extremely dangerous comment on Facebook today. The conversation was about wearing face masks. One lady said that it was government dictating for a short time and so it was not worth the time or energy to fight against the demands.
What an incredibly dangerous attitude, but an attitude that has become common in the United States today. We have seen the collectivists (Marxists, communists, socialists, progressives, Democrats, - all virtually the same) take a freedom here, a liberty there, and more and more of our Constitution is shredded. Americans said that some political correctness would be OK, it just was not worth the time or energy to fight it. Today we have cities outlawing free speech and fining and or jailing people for saying things they deem to be offensive. Americans accept this.
Today we have the government controlling every facet of our lives, and Americans accepting it. Now in the name of safety, we have governments telling us we have to wear masks, places of worship and business have to keep lists of people who attend or frequent their business, telling us they have the right to follow us wherever we go, and they have the right to come into our homes and remove family members. Americans are saying that this is just for a short time and they do not have the energy to fight it.
A quick lesson in history. Accurate history is no longer taught in our schools, and that is a large part of the reason Americans would say, fine take my liberty and freedom, it is just for a short time and I do not have the energy to fight it. Some Americans are aware that an incident now referred to as The Boston Tea Party took place. Very few Americans understand the critical elements of the Boston Tea Party that led to the Intolerable Acts, that led to the First Continental Congress, that led to the signing of the Declaration of Independence in the Second Continental Congress.
And here is the rest of the story. The people of Boston and Massachusetts had been had many disagreements with King George and Parliament. The King and Parliament were much like many of the governors and mayors in America today and essentially said that the citizens of Boston and Massachusetts were their subjects and must accept what they are told. In a try to trick these people into accepting that subjugation, the Tea Act came about. The Act was the solution to save the East India Company from bankruptcy.
The Act said that the East India Company would have a monopoly on selling Tea to Massachusetts. Because of special tax reductions given to the East India Tea Company the actual cost of tea to the colonists would be reduced, and the British said this would be a good thing. This, in today’s world would have been heralded as a victory for the people. Samuel Adams showed the people of Massachusetts that this was nothing more than a trick to take away their liberties. Yes the cost of tea would be lower, but the liberty of choosing from whom they could buy their tea would be removed, plus the King and Parliament tried to slip in one of those buried clauses we see so often that said the citizens of Massachusetts would now recognize the right of the King and Parliament to tax and rule them.
Samuel Adams set a brushfire of freedom when he revealed this political trickery to the people, and fortunately for us, the people said yes they would expend the time and energy for liberty, and the Boston Tea Party happened. Today, we are free because people were willing to take the time and expend the energy as opposed to buying tea at a lower cost.
There is a cost to liberty. That cost is measured in many ways, including time and energy. What is Freedom and Liberty worth to you? To the lady on Facebook, it was not worth much. I pray she is not representative of Americans today, but I fear she is. Thank God this lady was not one of the American heroes in Boston Massachusetts in 1773. She should be ashamed of herself.
And out of the mouth of children comes the truth. We all remember the story of the government officials telling the people that the Emperor will be in the parade in incredibly special clothes that are made of invisible gold. All the politically correct people and those willing to accept ridiculous government edicts stood on the streets cheering and exhibiting just what fools they were. Finally the lone voice of the non-politically correct, an astute child, spoke the truth, “but the Emperor has no clothes” and stood out from the crowd. The facade of the government was over.
This is truly a picture of many Americans today, especially those living in states with governors, and cities with mayors, telling the people they must stand on the street cheering as ridiculous edicts of these aspiring tyrants tell the people they will be kept safe if the people will surrender all their rights and liberties. The people in these states and cities are complying with these lies.
We live in an age where information is readily available. All the information is telling the people that the CCP. WHO, NIH, and CDC have been lying to us. They have been basing their statements on fictitious models and politically motivated information. Actual results and studies using actual results have proven these politically motivated groups to be wrong.
We, in these states and cities in the United States that are continuing to have politically motivated edicts with goal posts being continually moved to convince us to abide by these tyrannical rules, are to blame. That is correct. Ultimately it is the people who are to be blamed for their own fate. So far, we in these states like New York, Illinois, California, Virginia, and others, and cities like Los Angeles, New York, and others have cheered the Emperor’s as they pass by in their underwear so they will pat us on the head and say what wonderful servants, willingly adhering to my inane and ridiculous rules so I can ruin your lives and control your actions and thoughts.
It is time for a civil uprising. Silly lawsuits are not the answer. Articles and cute statements on social media are not the answer. The answer is simply the people ignoring these ridiculous rules. That means we the people go about our lives in the normal and responsible manner we have in the past. Yes, open your businesses. Frequent those businesses. Go to your houses of worship. Go to parks, beaches, and playgrounds. Do all of this in mass. Join the protests. Start and support recall movements of these governors and mayors.
When people comply with inane and unconstitutional orders by aspiring tyrants and dictators, the aspiring tyrants and dictators will continue to take more and more power from the people. It is critical the people reclaim their liberty before the point of no return has been passed. Will you stand in the crowd cheering the Emperor in his underwear, or will you be the lone voice in the crowd that has the courage to say, “The Emperor has no clothes.”
We are citizens of perhaps the most unique nation ever conceived. The collectivist (Marxist, communist, socialist, progressive, Democrat, - all virtually the same) would argue and tell us that we were formed based on evil concepts, racism, sexism, and all the other isms, like all nations founded by evil white men.
They have an agenda and their agenda is to control the people, to be sovereign. Our nation was formed uniquely because, for one reason, the people would be the sovereign and the government would be the servant. This is in fact the opposite of all other nations formed up to that time, and attempts to duplicate the United states have been made but have never been done.
In our concept of government, when formed, the people were to be the sovereign. Sovereign means that, the people would be the one possessing or held to possess supreme political power. This is why, in our United States Constitution, the power of the government was defined and limited while the liberties of the people per the Ninth Amendment are limitless. Other nations have imposed limits on the liberties of people and hold the power of government to be limitless.
I make two statements continuously, in talks and writings. They are: (1) When our nation was formed, our founders understood they would have to form a government. But make no mistake, they also knew that any government they would form, it would be that government that would be the single biggest threat to the freedoms they had just won. (2) It will not be the government that will usurp the sovereignty from the people, but it will the people who will willingly abdicate their right to sovereignty; it will be the people who will willingly once again become servants, serfs, and slaves, to a sovereign government.
Please take a moment and go back and read those two statements once again. After you have done this sit down and reflect upon where our nation is today. We have members of government, both elected and non elected bureaucrats, that are literally dictating how we are to live our lives, how we are to think. That is the servant dictating to the sovereign.
In reality it is the sovereign dictating to the servant, the serf, and the slave, because over the years the sovereign has become an uninterested, uninvolved, and a uniformed sovereign. The role of sovereign cannot be left unfilled, so as the people have abdicated, those in government have usurped and we are now at the position we are.
We must ask ourselves if all is lost. I would throw that question back to those who would ask it by asking them, if Samuel Adams ever surrendered to a sovereign government, and the answer would be a resounding NO. The result of Samuel Adams continuously “Setting Brushfires of Freedom” was the birth of an utterly unique nation that became a great nation.
Samuel Adams stated, “It does not take a majority to prevail, but an irate and tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”
We have seen many people joining the group, the irate and tireless minority. People in the news have been the barber in Michigan, the hair salon owner in Texas, Tesla in California, the business owner in Idaho, and we could continue. We have seen the many others that have determined they will adhere to the liberties outlined in the United States Constitution and denounce the tyranny of government. Which are you? Which will you be?
Will you be the Freedom Loving American who insists on exercising their liberties? Remember there could be consequences. Tyrannical bureaucrats despise being challenged and exercise the collectivist mantra of the ends justify the means. Samuel Adams and the brave notables and others also recognized that there could be consequences, but placed liberty and their responsibility of reclaiming their sovereign rights as their top priority. What will you do? Will you reclaim your sovereign rights or abdicate them and willingly become a servant, serf, and slave? The choice is yours.
