Arbitrary law is where the majority or those in action change the law or apply the law in such a way as to meet their agenda. Rule of law is where the law is applied as it is written and does not take into consideration an agenda.
The role of the executive is to administer the law, the law being the Constitution and laws passed by the legislative branch and signed by the current executive or a past executive. RULE OF LAW Article II Section 3 of the Constitution states, “he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” The executive has no authority to make law or to ignore law, but to be sure the law is executed. Title 18 of the U.S. Code, section 1507, makes protests outside the private residence of a federal judge a federal crime: “Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.” That seems to be very clear. Rule of law would say that the executive must remove those who are even peacefully protesting in front of a Supreme Court Justice’s residence. ARBITRARY LAW White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that the Biden administration encourages “peaceful” protests outside the homes of Supreme Court justices, despite the fact that such protests aim to intimidate the judiciary. The law does not give an exemption for “peaceful” as does the Biden regime. The Biden regime is “arbitrarily” making new law, or negating actual law to use any means necessary to achieve their ends of “influencing” judges.
