Theses for a Law on the Confiscation of Apartment and Tenement Houses
December 3, 1917
1) All land (urban) shall become the property of the nation.
2) Houses which are systematically let to tenants shall be confiscated and become the property of the nation.
3) Owners of houses that are not let to tenants shall, pending the decision of the Constituent Assembly, remain in possession without any change in their rights of ownership.

9) The heating of the houses and their normal upkeep shall be the duty of the house committees and other institutions (trade unions, Soviets, fuel departments of the town council, etc.).

“The Road to Tyranny, Individualism to Collectivism” follows the same path.  The road of Hope and Change is the road to socialism which is the road to communism which is tyranny which is arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power; despotic abuse of authority.

The signs are all around us.  The collectivists (Marxists, communists, socialists, progressives, Democrats – all virtually the same) always have called themselves the advocates of the people.  They have always said they were protecting the little people from the oppression of the rich.  They have always insisted on conformity by restricting freedom of speech and demonized anybody who would speak against their evil.  They have always forsaken education for indoctrination.  They have always persecuted Christians.  They have always had as a goal the destruction of strong family units.  They have always promoted immorality.  They have always promoted hatred between different groups. 
 
The above are facts.  If you claim to love freedom and independence but you support the Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) Party, you are ignoring the facts.  If you claim to be compassionate but support the welfare state, you are ignoring the facts.  The welfare state has always made servants, serfs, and slaves of the people to a sovereign government.  If you claim you believe in freedom of speech but support the policies of suppression of speech on campuses and other public locations, you are a part of those touting conformity. 
 
Do not let your hatred of one individual blind you to the ultimate result of the policies of the opposite movement, the collectivist movement, which always results in societal decay, financial collapse, and enslavement of the public to the “Dictatorship of the Proletariat”.

The education system of the United States has been transformed into a system of indoctrination. 
 
The definition of education is the process of receiving or giving systematic instruction, especially at a school or university.
 
The definition of indoctrination is the process of teaching a person or group to accept a set of beliefs uncritically.
 
Education defines a problem and then has the student research the problem and arrive at their conclusion.  The student is graded on the thoroughness of their research and the logic behind their conclusion.  Indoctrination is when the student is given a defined conclusion and then is assigned the task of proving that defined conclusion. 
 
Our public schools and even some private schools have defined that socialism is good and capitalism is bad.  The teachers and professors are using the same old argument used by the famed socialists of history that socialism will work, it just has not been done correctly yet, but the reality is that socialism has never worked because it cannot work.  Socialism is the practice of striving to have all be equal at the level of the lowest common denominator, thus always dragging society to a lower and lower level.
 
Our public schools and even some private schools are indoctrinating our students that the United States was founded on the principles of socialism and that socialism, when modified by the adjective democratic, will assure freedom and equality.  The United States was founded and became a great country because it rejected all the principles of socialism and adopted capitalism.  This is to say that the United States was founded on individualism and rejected collectivism. 
 
Major differences between the two would be that individualism encourages and celebrates the achievement of the individual.  Collectivism demonizes those individuals who strive to reach beyond the defined limits set forth by the collective community because the result of the individual’s achievement will be damaging to the group as a whole because it might challenge the self-esteem of others.  Individualism encourages curiosity while collectivism demands conformity.  Individualism encourages competition while collectivism declares competition to be evil.  Individualism believes each should receive according to their efforts and their production, while collectivism believes each should receive based on some perceived need as defined by the collective. 
 
Here are the results of the collectivist indoctrination efforts in our public schools and some private schools.

Socialism is becoming more normalized among Americans who identify as Democrats, according to a recent poll, as their approval of capitalism falls at the same time.
 
A recent Gallup poll showed that 57 percent of Democrats view socialism positively, while 47 percent of Democrats view capitalism positively. Across the aisle, only 16 percent of Republicans view socialism in a positive light, a number still frighteningly high among those who identify as conservative.
 
The Gallup poll adds that the youth are more likely to favor socialism than those who are older. “Evidence for this is found in the strong support younger voters gave Bernie Sanders during his 2016 presidential campaign,” says Gallup, “and in the candidacy of Ocasio-Cortez.”
 
Socialists — running for office as democrats — are indeed getting elected, as they promise to provide young Americans with free services, for which they will make other generations pay.
 
Here are facts about socialism and indoctrination that are not being taught to our children.
 
Lenin stated unequivocally, “The goal of socialism is communism.”
 
Lenin also explained how effective indoctrination is when he stated, “Give us the child for 8 years and he will be a Bolshevik for a lifetime.”
 
Two critical steps that must be taken to reverse this indoctrination that is a key element to fundamentally transform the United States to a Marxist totalitarian state as stated by Comrade Obama are to:

1. Dispose of or eliminate the Untied States Department of Education and return all responsibility for our school system to the states and local communities.
2. No longer allow the federal government to make or to guarantee any student loans of any kind.

The Constitution of the United States does not grant the Federal government the power, right, or obligation to do either of the above and both should be disposed of or eliminated because they are not only UN-American but also UN-constitutional.
