Many on the left, including Newsom and now Warnock from Georgia who describes himself as a pro-choice preacher, are telling people that “even God gave us a choice” regarding abortion. They say this but they never tell us where in the Bible God told us that it is a choice to terminate the life of a baby.
What we do know is that the Bible tells us that God knew us before we were born. The scriptures, both testaments, are replete with God declaring that he knew us before we were born, while we were still in the womb, yes the babies murdered, aborted, or choiced, were known to God. Nowhere in the scripture do I find where God declared it is our choice to end the life of this person for any reason much less because they are an inconvenience or will be a nuisance, or any other reason. We do know that God told us that the sacrifice of children, or having our children thrown into a fire as a sacrifice was an abomination. Jesus soundly condemned any who would hinder children from coming to him. If you kill the child, you will certainly hinder them. Jesus said for that person it would be better for them if they tied a rock around them and jumped into the sea. But we are given a choice. It is just that the choice has nothing to do with murdering babies. Each of us is a sinner and because we are sinners we are condemned to Hell, an eternity separated from God. Hell is described in the Bible as darkness, an eternity in a place that was made for Satan and his followers. The choice God gave us, and no I cannot describe, nor do I understand the love of God for us that love made this choice possible, was to accept the gift of salvation. This was made possible because Jesus came to earth and willingly died on a cross, shed his blood as a sacrifice for our sin, so that if we acknowledge this gift, accept this gift, we can be saved from an eternity in Hell. Paul told the Jailer, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. That is the choice God gave us. We can choose to reject, chose to do nothing, and live separated from God, or we can choose to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved and live forever in the presence of God. God never did tell us that a woman had the choice to murder babies. We are warned to test what we are told or to verify claims like God gave us a choice to kill babies by studying the Bible. God also told those us that those who would mislead are an abomination. I specifically did not reference Book, Chapter, and verse. I would strongly encourage all, those who have chosen Christ and those who have chosen to remain condemned, to search for themselves. It must be done by you because God deals with each of us individually.

We are a Republic and not a Democracy because our founders made a choice. They chose Republic over Democracy and for very specific reasons. Our founders were students of government, students of political philosophy, and understood the differences between tyranny and freedom. It was because of this total understanding they chose Republic.
Americans on the right and on the left, politicians on the right and the left, and pundits on the right and the left conflate republic and democracy. Consequently, we are losing our freedom and becoming more tyrannical. Republic and democracy are opposites. The only similarity they have is that people vote. A Republic is a representative government ruled by law or in the case of the United States the United States Constitution. A democracy is direct government ruled by the majority. A representative democracy the people elect representatives. Our founders referred to both as mob rule. A Republic recognizes the inalienable rights of individuals while democracies are only concerned with group wants or needs euphemistically referred to as the public good. Simply put, a Republic limits the power of government. In a democracy the only limits to the power of government would be the limitations placed on the majority or those in power by that majority or those in power. In a Republic the liberties of the people cannot be infringed, abridged, or eliminated by government. In a democracy the majority or those in power determine what liberties the people will have, and which groups will have those liberties. Lenin put it this way, “Liberty is so precious that it has to be rationed.” Lenin also said, “democracy is indispensable to socialism and socialism is the gateway to communism.” Our founders chose republic and rejected democracy because they understood that a free society can only exist under a republic, and that democracy is in fact a dictatorship of the majority over the minority that quickly becomes a dictatorship of the few over the many. It is critical that Americans understand the differences. The left has been in the process of transforming the United States from a republic to a democracy for decades. If the transformation is completed, our freedom will have been lost, the Constitution will have bern totally rejected, we will have government with unlimited power, and our liberties will be rationed. You must understand the differences. There are many. The more we are able to restore the republic and enforce the Constitution, the more we will restore freedom. “Republic or Democracy Does it Matter” explains these differences. It is now released and is available at Amazon, Barnes and Nobel, and at www.mygrandchildrensamerica.com. What we are constantly hearing is that the Conservatives are violating the concept of “rule of law”. The collectivist left is absolutely correct that “rule of law” is essential to a free and open society. We must ask ourselves what “rule of law” is before we can ascertain if the charges by the collectivists are accurate.
Rule of law is the mechanism, process, institution, practice, or norm that supports the equality of all citizens before the law. It secures a nonarbitrary form of government, and more generally prevents the arbitrary use of power. From this definition we could argue that the opposite of rule of law is arbitrary law. We must then ask what arbitrary law is. It is mandatory for despotic governments so that the entity at the apex of the power structure (such as a king, a junta, or a party committee) is capable of acting without the constraint of law when it wishes to do so. Arbitrary law is thus applying law in any manner deemed necessary to obtain a desired end even to the point of changing, dismantling, or creating law spontaneously. Basics for rule of law to exist would be that laws must be open and clear, general in form, universal in application, and knowable to all. Legal requirements must be such that people are able to be guided by them; they must not place undue cognitive or behavioral demands on people to follow. The law should be stable and comprise determinate requirements that people can consult before acting, and legal obligations should not be retroactively established. Arbitrary law exists when the law can be and is changed and manipulated to produce a certain outcome, when the laws are vague and unknown, and where they are used for purposes such as intimidation and not to bring justice. For rule of law to exist, judges must give rulings based only on the law and any person prejudices of any kind must be put aside. The same ruling should be expected to be rendered given the same set of facts from all judges. For rule of law to exist, lady justice must be blindfolded. Lady justice cannot consider factors such as sex, race, color of skin, political affiliation, religious affiliation, or any other such factors. When any of these factors are applied, arbitrary law has replaced rule of law and the nation is on “The Road to Tyranny.” Examples of arbitrary law would be ignoring destruction of life and property in the name of political protesting, prosecuting trespassing for political purposes while exempting rioting, looting, and arson for political purposes. Using undue force on political opponents for intimidation purposes. Following the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States, and ruling that abortion is not a federal decision but a state decisions is not violating rule of law but upholding rule of law. To declare that a ruling by the Supreme Court is supreme to the Constitution is not rule of law but it is arbitrary law. When a political movement cries that we must adhere to rule of law, it is essential that they understand rule of law and apply it to all situations, not just specific situations. To do otherwise is in fact endorsing arbitrary law and abandoning rule of law. Media has never fulfilled its defined function of informing the public. We hear in all circles today the media is pro this or pro that. When we look at history, the media has always been pro something and has slanted their reporting accordingly. Yet, it is critical to a free society that a free media is maintained. Government should never be allowed to define what is or is not fair reporting, what is mis or disinformation, or regulate reporting. That is the job of a discerning public.
In our headlines in the United States, we read what some actor, sports icon, opinion media personality, or publicity seeker has said. There opinions are a product of a prejudiced media. Very seldom are their opinions seeped in a deep study of history, facts, and reality. We see in most of the media, the description of conservatives as being far right wing or extreme, while progressives are mainstream. As in all labeling, the defining adjective is based on opinion and perspective. Throughout history, the political spectrums have been based on individualism or collectivism. The individualist has proclaimed that we are all individuals with different dreams, abilities, and desires. The role of government is to protect the liberties of the individual, so they are free to strive and achieve. Each individual must be free to live their life, make their choices, and have their own thoughts and be free to express. The collectivist has believed that the individual is only a clog in the collective, that each individual must strive for what is declared to be for the greater good of the community, that each individual is dispensable, and that each individual must live their life as determined by the collective, must adhere to the choices made for them by the collective, and must think and express only within the confines set by the collective. The collectivist mentality dominated throughout much of history, with a few exceptions, until the early 16th century. Marin Luther said each individual must read the Bible for themselves. He said each individual receives the gift of salvation based on their individual relationship with Christ. Martin Luther revealed the teachings of the Bible to a world that had been told that salvation came through their adhering to the declarations of the collectivist dominated Catholic Church hierarchy. This led to the American Revolution. The American Revolution was a result of the message that came from the pulpit. People came to the American colonies because they sought freedom from the control of the collectivists in government. The American colonists sought to be free to worship God, they sought to be free from political persecution, they sought to be free from limitations on their dreams and desires due to their position at birth, yes, they came to the American colonies so they could be individuals free to live their own lives, free to make their own choices, and free to have their own thoughts. The individualist vs collectivist movement was not extinguished with the victory by Washington over Cornwallis at Yorktown. For a time, individualism did prevail even through 1787 when a Constitution was written that declared the new country called the United States of America to be a republic where the forces of collectivism were limited by placing specific limitations on the power of government and where the liberties of the people could not be abridged or infringed much less eliminated. Throughout the world, the days of the 20th century and very early 21st century brought a renewed effort of the collectivists to bring all individuals once again under the dominance of centralized government dictating how each individual must live their life, choices they must make, and how they could think. Europe has been dominated by a more and more dictatorial European Union. The United States has been dominated by a more and more dictatorial central government. The people are more and more saying no to collectivism. Because the media overwhelmingly supports the collectivist movement, the discerning individual must search to learn whether the collectivist or the individualist movement is gaining support. The opposition to the European Union began several years ago and was mostly centered in Poland and Hungary. Then we saw the United Kingdom reject the EU. We have seen overwhelming votes in Sweden and now Italy rejecting the demand to subjugate individual decisions to the collectivist body in Brussels. We have seen massive demonstrations in France and the Netherlands and indications of unrest in other European nations. In the United States, the people are feeling the devastating results of collectivism. The massive response to the individualist MAGA movement have been downplayed by the collectivist media and the collectivist Democrat party. The collectivists have always adhered to the maxim, “the ends justify the means” and openly and without shame stole the election of 2020. The results of that stolen election placed an incompetent regime in power and put collectivists in control of both the house and the senate. The American sentiment is overwhelmingly that the people want to live their own lives, make their own choices, and think for themselves. This should result in an individualist wave in November. But never underestimate the means the collectivist will employ to achieve their ends. The movement against collectivism is real. The failure of collectivism has been demonstrated time and time again. Europe is on a definite path of rejecting the dominance of a dictatorial European Union. Will the people of the United States overcome the evil of the collectivists and reclaim their right as individuals to live their own lives, make their own choices, and have their own thought? Will the people of the United States seek to learn the truth, or will they follow the opinions of a prejudiced media? Will you sit by and hope for liberty and freedom to be restored or will you become an informed, an interested, and an involved individual and be committed to “Setting Brushfires of Freedom”? The European Union has been facing backlash, primarily because of its open border policies, much like Big Guy Joe and the American Left. Just like in the United States, the open borders policies of the European Union have brought crime and division. There was a time when legal immigration was desired. The legal immigrants were people who came for many reasons, but they also came with the idea of assimilation and contributing to their new home.
This idea of assimilation and contribution is not the motivation of the illegal immigrants storming across borders in Europe and the United States. The illegal immigrant comes with the idea of establishing the “hell holes” they left in their new home. Just like in the United States, crime and chaos reign supreme where the illegals have settled. What were formerly peaceful communities are now communities where even police do not tread. The European Union backers and the American left blame this crime, chaos, and unrest on the citizens of the respective country. The European Union backers and the American left claim that more money and more understanding must be given to these people who have sworn to disrupt their new countries and make them just like the “hell holes” they left. Britain left the European Union. Hungary has been at odds with them for years. Hungary built a fence to keep the illegals out. The people of Sweden just recently said enough is enough and for the first time in decades put a populist and conservative party in power. The people of France have rallied against the carnage rendered upon their society by the illegals. And now, Italy, yes Italy is saying enough is enough and they are electing a party that has promised to bring peace and order back to their society and defy the foolishness demanded by the European Union elites. More of Europe will follow. People are kind and generous and are very willing to help those who need the help. People are willing to welcome people who want to be a part of their country and make a positive contribution. People say enough is enough when ingrates invade their country demanding that the country change to become the places the ingrates fled. Kind and generous people do have limits and those limits are being reached. It is time for the European Union to stop dictating that countries continue on this damaging course. The people are saying no, just as are the people in the United States, even Martha’s Vineyard, although in their contorted and hypocritical left-wing manner. We are no longer a nation that adheres to “rule of law”. Our Judicial Branch of government has failed us. Our judges come from law schools that do not teach the Constitution nor do they teach the intended role of the Judiciary Branch of government. They teach that social justice and equity is the priority of the courts.
A Republic cannot survive when “rule of law” is overthrown for “arbitrary law”. Under rule of law, a judge must only consider the law They must put aside any personal prejudices. The law must be written and easy to understand. The law must be applied equally to all regardless of such factors as race, color of skin, sex, or political affiliation. Arbitrary law is where the those in the majority or those in power can declare the law to be whatever they need it to be at any point in time. The prejudices of the judge become an overriding factor, as are social justice and equity issues that have race, color of skin, sex, and political affiliation as primary considerations. Today, if you have voiced that the 2020 election was stolen, which I have done numerous times based on proven evidence, despite the First Amendment, I could be thrown in solitary confinement with no charges and no court date as have many people. According to the written law, this is not allowed. Yet, if I kill a young man who has a different political view from me, a political view that is different form the Marxist or Democrat persuasion, I will be let out of prison, even though I admit to killing the young man, because the young man’s political affiliation did not conform to the Marxist or Democrat philosophy. Biden, the inaugurated but illegally elected president, declared that people like the young man and me are enemies of the state and must be eliminated. The murder of “MAGA” people is condoned, promoted, and preferred. This is “arbitrary law”, which is how law is applied in all tyrannical dictatorships. This is how the law is applied in the United States today. Today Belgium, tomorrow Germany, the United States, and then all countries who have bought into the climate change hoax and woke politics and have subsequently destroyed their economies to conform to the great reset of the World Economic Forum or worldwide communism.
This is a story that is reflective of what is happening and what will happen at an alarmingly increasing rate. Thousands of people gathered in the Belgian capital Brussels for “a national day of action” to protest against skyrocketing electricity, natural gas and food prices and draw attention to the sharp hike in the cost of living. People from across the country gathered, marching behind banners reading “Life is much too expensive, we want solutions now,” and “Everything is going up except our wages,” or carrying placards marked “Freeze prices, not people.” A Belgian media poll showed that 64% of people questioned are concerned that they might not be able to afford their electricity and gas bills, which have more than doubled over the last year, while 80% of respondents said they are already trying to make energy and water savings. “When we go grocery shopping, what’s in the cart costs now 20, 30 euros (dollars) more, or even more depending on the shop you go to. We are reaching a point where our wallets can’t keep up,” said Pascal Kraeso, a protester from Brussels. Prime Minister Alexander de Croo warned that “the next five to 10 winters will be difficult” because of high electricity and natural gas prices fueled by Russia’s war in Ukraine. The fact, the high gas prices are caused not because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but because the climate change and woke promoters and politicians adopted stupid policies. They believed they could change their source of energy from fossil fuels to green, they adopted woke policies that destroyed their production bases, and they depended on Russia to provide the fossil fuel energy that was the source of their energy telling their people that green was good. Sadly, this scenario is just beginning. It can be changed, but will it. It could be changed if nations like the United States once again lived by “drill baby drill” and we acknowledged that conformity and equity are communist propaganda that has proven to promote disharmony, poverty, chaos, and always fails. The World Economic Forum will fight the flight to reality, but hopefully the flight to reality will render this communist front impotent. The Untied States was formed as a Constitutional Republic. Our founders specifically chose republic and unanimously rejected democracy. In our republic, the people are supposed to be the Sovereign. That is why the Constitution starts with “We the People.” We vote for people who reflect our convictions to represent us in Congress. Those representatives, because we are a republic, do have limitations on what they can do. The powers they have are limited per Article I and Section 8 of the Constitution. They are also prohibited from limiting our liberties that the Declaration of Independence declared come from God and not government.
The most basic issue facing “We the People” is will we consent to be transformed from a republic to a democracy. A quick summary of the differences would be that in a republic the powers of the government are limited, and the liberties of the people cannot be abridged or infringed. In a democracy the power of government is whatever the majority of the controlling body declares it to be, and the liberties of the people can be abridged, infringed, and even abolished if that majority so declares. The left has been transforming us to a democracy since at least the days of Wilson. The conservatives have opposed the transformation. You decide. Other issues of great import today would include illegal immigration. The left believes we should obey the dictate of Marx that borders should be open and not restrict movement of people while the conservatives believe that borders should exist, and immigration should be controlled and regulated. You decide. The left is promoting inflation through their belief that massive spending and rising debt is good. The conservatives claim that massive deficit spending is detrimental to the sustainability of a sound and growing economy. The conservatives believe that inflation is a tax that falls mostly on middle class and poor. You decide. The left is telling us that placing responsibility for a crime on the criminal is racist. The left tells us that criminals should not have to post bail, should be given lenient if any sentence, and if sentenced to jail they should be released early. The left tells us this is humane, after all the criminal is not responsible for their actions but society and the victim are. The right believes that individuals are responsible for their actions, for their choices and should be held responsible for the consequences, be they positive or negative. If an individual chooses to commit a crime, the law must be applied equally to all ignoring race, sex, color, or political affiliation. You decide. The left believes that the family unit is detrimental to their agenda. They believe that the influence of parents on children must be replaced with the state having total influence on the child. Any who would disagree should be treated as enemies of the state, as enemies to society and ostracized and demonized accordingly. Therefore, the left tells us that all must support and promote the killing of the unborn child commonly referred to as choice, must support sexually grooming children, must support, and promote pedophilia, must support, and promote all perversions especially sexual perversions, must denounce any beliefs in Christ and the Bible, and must support and promote all schools as indoctrination centers for the leftist ideology. The conservative belief is that the family unit is the core unit of a strong and stable society. The role of the parent is never to be replaced by the state. The conservative understands that a sound and stable childhood is critical to the child becoming a positive contributing citizen. The conservative understands that all conforming to one ideal is destructive but reasonable people with different beliefs builds a strong society. You decide. Klaus Schwab, founder, and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF)—an organization made up of the world’s political, economic, and cultural elites meets annually in Davos, Switzerland. The idea of the Great Reset can be traced at least as far back as the inception of the WEF, originally founded as the European Management Forum, in 1971. In that same year, Schwab, an engineer, and economist by training, published his first book, Modern Enterprise Management in Mechanical Engineering. It was in this book that Schwab first introduced the concept he would later call “stakeholder capitalism,” arguing “that the management of a modern enterprise must serve not only shareholders but all stakeholders to achieve long-term growth and prosperity.” Schwab and the WEF have promoted the idea of stakeholder capitalism ever since. They can take credit for the stakeholder and public-private partnership rhetoric and policies embraced by governments, corporations, non-governmental organizations, and international governance bodies worldwide.
The goals of the Great Reset are quite specific. They are: “You’ll own nothing, and you’ll be happy about it.” Instead, you’ll rent everything you need, and it’ll be delivered by drone right to your door. “The U.S. won’t be the world’s leading superpower.” Instead, a handful of countries will dominate together. “You won’t die waiting for an organ donor”. Rather than transplanting organs from deceased donors, custom organs will be 3D printed on demand. Yes, but only if your social credit score is high enough. “You’ll eat much less meat”. Meat will be “an occasional treat, not a staple, for the good of the environment and our health”. “A billion people will be displaced by climate change” — As a result, countries will have to prepare to welcome more refugees. “Polluters will have to pay to emit carbon dioxide”. To eliminate fossil fuels, there will be a global price on carbon. “You could be preparing to go to Mars”. Scientists “will have worked out how to keep you healthy in space,” thus opening up the possibility of becoming a space-faring race and colonizing other planets. “Western values will have been tested to the breaking point.” This means that the Western culture and our shared values will slowly become extinct. Some noted participants in the 2022 Davos conference include John W. Hickenlooper, Senator from Colorado (D), Amy Weaver, President and Chief Financial Officer, Salesforce, Eric Cantor, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Moelis & Company, Brad Smith, President and Vice-Chair, Microsoft, John Tuttle, Vice-Chairman and Chief Commercial Officer, NYSE, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, Christopher A. Which policies are best for the people? Are fences built to keep people from coming or going? Are people fleeing from or fleeing to? The purpose of the fence is a direct reflection on the policies.
There are continuing arguments amongst those who set policy, report policy, and debate policy. The argument over the centuries has been centered around the power of government and the liberties of people. Should the power of government be limited or unlimited? Should the liberties of people be protected from being abridged or infringed or should the liberties of the people be subject to rationing by the government? The arguments are never straightforward. The skillful use of propaganda swings the sentiment of the people. It is after the policies have been implemented that we are able to determine whether the people agree or disagree. We know this by the numbers of people fleeing from or fleeing to. Eastern Europe came under the control of the Communists, with the assistance of FDR, after World II. The members of the Soviet Bloc set up a system to keep people from fleeing the promise of utopia through the total control of the state. Once people had lived under the unlimited power of the government many decided to flee at any cost. When Hitler was consolidating power in Germany, he promised a thousand-year government that would bring prosperity and freedom to the German people. Once Hitler had the power the people learned that prosperity and freedom was only for those who totally conformed to the National Socialist agenda. People tried to flee Germany at any cost. The United States was the first nation that was founded on the principle that liberty comes from God and not from government. The United States was founded on the principle that the power of government must be limited, and the liberty of the people protected. People fled to the United States at any cost. In the United States today we have states and cities that say the power of government must be unlimited, that the protection of the criminal is paramount to that of the victim or citizen, that the government has the right to control speech, attitudes, and behaviors. That the schools must indoctrinate the children, must teach them to hate, and this must be taught at the sake of educating them to read, to think, math, and what many believed to be proper subjects for schools to teach is enforced. These states that believe in the unlimited power of government and limited liberties are commonly referred to as blue states. They would include most of the Northeast states, Illinois, the West Coast states and prior to 2020 perhaps Virginia. The cities would include many larger cities like New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, St. Louis, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Detroit, and others. What is happening in these states and cities that claim government is all powerful, the rights of the people must be limited, and the rights of the criminal must be placed before the rights of the victim and citizen are fleeing citizen flight as honest and hardworking people are fleeing from the corruption, crime, confiscation, control, and chaos. They are fleeing to those areas that limit the power of government, protect the liberty of the people, educate, not indoctrinate, or do just the opposite of the blue areas. Just as people fled the members of the Soviet bloc nations and Germany, people are fleeing the states and the cities who advocate the very same political beliefs and cultural philosophies as did those controlling Soviet states and Germany. People, once they had lived under that control, learned that the promises were indeed propaganda, and the reality was corruption, crime, confiscation, control, and chaos. Determine what you support. Would you flee to unlimited government power and limited liberty, or would you flee to limited government and unlimited liberty? Once you have answered that question, you have answered how you must vote this November. |
