BELARUS, RUSSIA, AND THE UNITED STATES (THE DEMOCRATS); USING SAME TACTICS TO IMPOSE COMMUNISM ON THEIR PEOPLERead Now
A court in Belarus jailed former presidential contender Viktor Babariko for 14 years on Tuesday after convicting him on corruption charges he denied, sparking condemnation from the West and the embattled opposition-in-exile.
Before his arrest last June, opinion polls suggested Babariko, 57, was veteran leader Alexander Lukashenko’s main rival ahead of a presidential election which the opposition says was rigged last August to prolong Lukashenko’s long rule.
The U.N. Special Rapporteur told Belarus on Monday to immediately free some 530 jailed people whom rights groups consider “political prisoners” as Washington’s envoy hinted at the possibility of further economic sanctions against Minsk.
A Russian court has outlawed the organizations of the opposition leader Alexey Navalny by labeling them "extremist" as the Kremlin moves to crush Navalny's movement following his jailing earlier this year.
Navalny, Russian President Vladimir Putin's most prominent critic, was sentenced to two and half years in a prison camp in February after surviving a nerve agent poisoning last summer that independent investigations, like the one led by Bellingcat, have linked to the Kremlin.
The move to outlaw Navalny's movement is part of a sweeping and unprecedented crackdown under Putin to stifle dissent that has intensified in recent months. It is widely seen by rights groups and independent observers as an effort to clear the field of anti-Kremlin opposition ahead of Russia's parliamentary elections in September.
The court accepted a request by Moscow's Prosecutor's Office to designate the Anti-Corruption Foundation and his regional offices, known as "Navalny Headquarters" as "extremist" under legislation nominally intended for violent terrorist groups, but which has also been used against opponents of the Kremlin.
THE UNITED STATES (DEMOCRATS)
Nearly 500 people have been charged in cases related to the breach of the Capitol on January 6, with more charges expected. Some of dozens detained in federal prison awaiting trial, say they are being subject to Third World treatment, including solitary confinement, lack of required medical care, and restricted access to defense counsel.
As to those being held for being present at the Capitol on Jan. 6, many are being held in pretrial detention on charges ranging from knowingly entering or remaining in restricted grounds (trespassing) without authority to conspiracy, assault, and obstruction of an official proceeding.
Some haven’t been charged with anything.
Many of those charged for actions on January 6th have been denied bail by federal judges, notwithstanding having no prior criminal record or not themselves charged with crimes of violence.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat, labeled US President Donald Trump and the Republican party “domestic enemies” and “enemies of the state.”
“And we won’t ignore what our intelligence agency have determined to be the most lethal terrorist threat to our homeland today, white supremacy is terrorism. We’re not going to ignore that either,” Biden said.
Belarus has a despotic ruler. Russia has a despotic ruler. The United States has a political party that is aspiring to become a despotic ruler. To facilitate this ambition they have been stealing elections for years and in 2020 openly stole the presidential election, senate seats, and house seats. Today, that same political party is using the same tactics used by the despotic rulers of Belarus and Russia to bring absolute and despotic rule in the United States. There are no differences between Lukashenko, Putin, and the Democrat (Communist Party of the United States) Party. They are all despots imposing communism (absolute control) on their people. They are all using their court systems to impose their political rule. They have all removed the blindfold from Lady Justice so their legal systems can and will target their political opponents.
