DEMOCRATS AGAIN CONFIRM THEIR DISDAIN FOR THE CONSTITUTION

Whether they understand the Constitution or not, is not the point. The fact is that the Democrats, just like all communists, believe they do not have to follow any rules. The Democrats, just like all communists, believe all must conform to their ways; that would be what the party says is final.
Anybody who supports the Democrat party in any way, that would include McConnell and the RINOS, is in fact supporting communism. Communism believes in total conformity to the dictates of the party with no deviations. What the party says is absolute.
Our founders strongly disagreed with this concept. Our founders believed that deliberation, as opposed to dogmatic rule, was mandatory for a nation that aspires to individual freedom and liberty. The Democrats of today believe the opposite. Our founders established our government in a way that mandated deliberation, that demanded the means to enable all ideas to be heard and considered. The founders said that all laws must be passed by both houses of the legislative branch of government. The executive and the judicial branches of government had no authority to make law.
The Democrats, as do all communists, believe that bureaucratic law is better. Once again the EPA, a part of the executive branch is declaring it can make law. The Supreme Court has ruled against the EPA before, but like all good communists, they move forward to achieve their ends.
New carbon pollution standards for coal and natural gas-fired power plants were unveiled that demand plants reduce their emissions by a staggering 90 percent within two decades or face closure. The new rules come less than a year after the Supreme Court struck down the agency’s unilateral rule-making authority to implement emissions limits on existing power plants in West Virginia v. EPA.
“By proposing new standards for fossil fuel-fired power plants, EPA is delivering on its mission to reduce harmful pollution that threatens people’s health and well being,” said EPA Administrator Michael Regan in a press release. “EPA’s proposal relies on proven, readily available technologies to limit carbon pollution and seizes the momentum already underway in the power sector to move toward a cleaner future.”
The EPA has no authority to make law. This would be a law. The Constitution says that this must be debated in congress, passed by both houses, and then signed by the executive to become law.
The EPA, like all good communists, say that they know what is best. Their position is that the United States must be transformed to a communist nation under the rule of the “Dictatorship of the Proletariat.” In order to do this, they believe that the fossil fuel industry must be eliminated, and the United States must become a third world nation surrendering its productive property to a world-controlled force like the World Economic Council.
