Schumer is further quoted as saying: “It is clear that we will not pass anything legislatively as long as the House of Representatives is in Republican control, but there are many things that can be done administratively by the IRS and other government agencies — we must redouble those efforts immediately.”
Schumer doubled down on his previous calls for Obama, head of the regime and Marxist/Progressives to use the IRS to target Tea Party groups while speaking before the extreme-left, tax-exempt Center for American Progress (CAP).
Schumer just openly advocated his demand to obliterate the United States Constitution by eliminating any opposition to the Marxist/Progressive agenda. He proposed doing this by eliminating free speech and ignoring the co-equal branch of government, the United States Congress. The first amendment to the constitution guarantees free speech. Free speech became constitutionally protected when the founders added the Bill of Rights to the constitution so the constitution would be able to be ratified by the people. The intent was not to guarantee just the free speech of those who promote pornography as championed by the Marxist/Progressives, but it was primarily intended to protect the right of those opposing those in government to voice that opposition. Schumer is saying it is this right of those in opposition to the agenda of the Marxist/Progressives that should be eliminated through the actions of the Internal Revenue Service, a part of the executive branch of government.
Schumer than goes on to say the regime should bypass congress by having the IRS impose rules to eliminate freedom of speech of those who oppose the agenda of the Marxist/Progressives. When Schumer said the IRS should impose rules, he was saying the regime should through the concept of arbitrary law make law. The constitution says that only congress has the right to make law. The three co-equal branches of government with checks and balances were established to prevent the very situation Schumer is advocating; arbitrary law with one branch of government becoming all powerful.
Schumer in effect said, “The United States Constitution can be DAMNED” in his speech to the Center for American Progress. This group CAP is a Marxist/Progressive think tank that was recently headed by John Podesta. Podesta resigned his position with CAP so he could take a position in the Obama regime to try to change the declining poll numbers of the regime. CAP is also the same group Obama, head of the regime and Marxist/Progressives gave his speech to in December calling for class warfare under the guise of “income inequality.” Of course “production and effort inequality” were never mentioned. Remember the economic rule according to Marx is: From each according to his abilities to each according to his needs.
What in fact the Marxist/Progressives are now openly advocating, per Schumer, is a one philosophy or one party rule in the United States. We cannot really state one party because of those in the Republican Party, such as John McCain, who call themselves conservatives but vote with the Marxist/Progressives. Some countries that have a one philosophy or one party rule in the world today are Cuba, North Korea, Iran and China. What enables these states to be a one philosophy or one party system is that the ruling party has no resistance since any resistance is barred by law or rule. This is exactly what Marxist/Progressive Senator Schumer says the United States should become.
Freedom Loving Americans, we must understand what these drastic calls to eliminate the United States Constitution mean. Within the last couple of weeks we have heard this premise openly proclaimed by Schumer and Obama with very little push back or opposition. If we, Freedom Loving Americans, intend for the United States to remain a free nation, we must openly and strongly call these actions for what they are; the effort to transform the United States from a free capitalistic society to a just and equal society or a Marxist society. We, Freedom Loving Americans, cannot be concerned with political correctness or the fear of being chastised by being called extremists or racists. We were told by Patrick Henry, "Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel.”
