“SETTING BRUSHFIRES OF FREEDOM”

Samuel Adams is recognized as the Father of the American Revolution. Although there were many contributors to the revolution, many who would set sparks and many who would fan flames, none were more instrumental in bringing about a complete separation from the tyranny of government. Sadly, the government that was formed after the successful revolution has become much more tyrannical than was the government from which the American Colonists revolted.
The American government today is referred to as a democracy and is taking on the characteristics of a democracy. This has come about to a large degree because the schools in America stopped teaching what the differences are between a democracy and a republic. This is a critical area in which we Freedom Loving Americans must set sparks and then fan flames of freedom, liberties, and rights.
Remember, when “Setting Brushfires of Freedom”, you must never argue, debate, or pontificate. You must converse, listen, show an interest, and ask questions. Asking question is critical. The American citizen who has been indoctrinated to believe collectivism is an ideology that brings harmony through conformity and equality, will not accept truth simply because you tell them what is and is not truth. They must come to their own conclusions, with your help.
Questions to ask the indoctrinated, those who adhere to the propaganda, and those who succumb to the intimidation of the collectivist (Marxist, communist, socialist, progressive, Democrat, all the same) movement. Please tell me what the difference is between a Republic and a Democracy?
A true democracy does not have representative government, but the people vote on everything.  A republic has elections to elect representatives whose responsibility it is to carry out the will of the people. It is common belief that democracy would also have elections for representatives. In a republic there is a common acceptance of what liberties and rights are held by the people. The United States became a Constitutional Republic, which means the written Constitution is the Supreme law of the land and cannot be overridden by any means other than what is prescribed in the Constitution, and that would be through amendment. The people, the elected representatives, the bureaucracy, nor the judicial branch can change the Constitution unless the Constitution is formally amended. In our Constitution, we are told for instance that our freedom to life, of speech, religion, assembly, to bear arms, to have due process, and the many other freedoms and liberties enumerated cannot be altered or limited in any way, yes even by Supreme Court opinion. Every single branch of government has violated this critical area at one time or another. Every violation moves us closer to becoming a tyrannical government.
In our Republic the supreme law of the land is the United States Constitution. In a republic, adherence to “rule of law” of law is mandatory. The law is not to be administered, applied differently depending on the accused. The law cannot be applied differently for those violating the law in the riots of 2020 viruses those who might have broken laws on January 6th. If the law states that it is illegal to enter the United States except through points of entry, it is the responsibility of the executive branch to enforce the law as written, not as they wish.
These are all points that you can use to ask questions of those with whom you are conversing.
The Collectivists in the Untied States, mainly through indoctrination, propaganda, and intimidation have convinced many in our nation that government has the best interest of the public in mind regarding the China Virus. The American left is stating that all citizens must adhere to the demands of government under all circumstances, forsaking the freedoms, liberties, and rights guaranteed under the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States. We are being told that we must wear masks, our children must wear masks, we must adhere to the demands of receiving a vaccine or our liberties will be curtailed or eliminated. This is how a dictatorial government operates. This is “arbitrary law”, which is the opposite of “rule of law”. Arbitrary law allows the government to make any declarations it wishes, and to treat those declarations as the law. Rule of law states that the government can only make laws that do not infringe on the freedoms, liberties, and rights of the people as stated in the written Constitution.
Not only are these declarations of both the federal government and some state governments, dictatorial and unconstitutional, but they are also irrational. We are being told we must forfeit our freedoms for the safety of all. We are led to believe that to where masks is protecting us and the public. “Researchers in Denmark reported that surgical masks did not protect the wearers against infection with the coronavirus in a large randomized clinical trial.” The study is perhaps the best scientific evidence to date on the efficacy of masks. So why do we still have mask mandates?
We are told that if we do not capitulate to the demands of receiving a vaccine, we are a danger to society and an enemy of the state. More vaccinated people are dying of COVID than unvaccinated people, according to a recent report from Public Health England (PHE). The report shows that 163 of the 257 people (63.4%) who died within 28 days of a positive COVID test between February 1 and June 21, had received at least one dose of the vaccine.
We are told that we cannot take certain medicines to cure us from the China virus when we become infected. This has been the dictates of the bureaucrats since the outbreak. Today Ivermectin is the dangerous medicine that cannot be used for reasons beyond comprehension given the facts.  Uttar Pradesh might sound obscure to most Americans, but it is the most populated state in India, with urban areas that rival the most densely populated cities in the U.S. Yet, miraculously, despite housing a population of 240 million people, this northern state has been averaging only 24 cases and 0-2 deaths per day in recent months. Despite its size — roughly 73% of the U.S. population — it ranked dead last in cases per capita last week among India’s 36 states. What gives? Last year, the northern state of Uttar Pradesh began dispensing ivermectin liberally and encouraging people to take it early on and even preventively.
As you have noticed, our governments have paid no attention to the United States Constitution, to the Declaration of Independence, and consequently to our constitutionally guaranteed freedoms, liberties, and rights. When “Setting Brushfires of Freedom” it is critical you understand these guarantees and why they are so critical, what is the difference between a republic and a democracy, what is rule of law vs arbitrary law, and why would the federal bureaucracy and many states ignore science and insist on compelling all to adhere to damaging health practices and ignore actual proven outcomes. Then put these realities in the form of questions and be about asking questions, be about “Setting Brushfires of Freedom”.
