CNN’s Jim Acosta and Sarah Sanders had a tense back-and-forth at Monday’s White House press briefing.
Acosta asked about a recent controversial comment by Rudy Gulliani. Rudy told the Huffington Post that Trump needed to be impeached before legal action can be taken against him. “If he shot James Comey, he’d be impeached the next day,” Rudy said, “Impeach him, and then you can do whatever you want to do to him.”
Acosta asked Sanders about Rudy using the shooting language. “Is that appropriate language coming from the president’s outside lawyer, to be talking about the president shooting Jim Comey in that fashion?” Acosta asked.
Sanders said bluntly, “You would have to ask Rudy Giuliani about his specific comments,” and continued, “Thankfully the president hasn’t done anything wrong, and so we feel comfortable in that.”
Jim attempted to ask a follow up question, but Sanders had moved on. Acosta said, “If I could ask a follow-up question…”
“Sorry I’m going to keep going,” she said. “Not today, Jim.”
All Conservatives should learn to say, “sorry you on the left, but not today.” Why does the Conservative allow the Marxists to drive the conversation? If Sarah Sanders had allowed Acosta to drag her into a foolish conversation that has no relevance to anything meaningful, the headlines would have been about Trump shooting Comey.
We see the left drive the agenda time after time. The so-called comedians, the so called late night hosts, the so-called television commentators, and the so-called actors and celebrities make a foolish comment and the Conservatives cry foul and double standard making the foolish comment the talk of the next 24-hour news cycle, even though the comment had no relevancy to anything meaningful. Conservatives, you must understand that if it were not for double standards the Marxist left would have no standards at all. Marx told these people that to bring about the society they all desire, long standing principles, morality, and religion must be eliminated.
It is the goal of the Marxist left to destroy the principles of the Declaration of Independence, The United States Constitution, and Bill of Rights. It is the principles stated within these documents that, if followed, will help the United States remain a free and independent society based on the philosophy of Individualism. This is everything Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Castro, Chavez, Obama, Holder, Jarrett, and the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) abhor. They will do anything they can, “the ends always justify the means,” to destroy these principles.
Thank you, Sarah, for this extremely valuable lesson. Now if the rest of the Conservatives would follow your example and not allow themselves to be goaded into meaningless and foolish conversations and defenses that only benefit the Marxist to control the news cycle. Instead Conservatives should say, “No not today," today we will discuss meaningful and relevant topics and emphasize the sound basis and principles of the Declaration of Independence, The United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and Individualism.
