THE COLONISTS FOUGHT TO FREE THEMSELVES FROM THE DESPOTISM OF GOVERNMENT

The choice could not be clearer.  You can be a slave to the state is one choice.  We can uphold the United States Constitution which was specifically drafted and ratified to protect the individual from the tyranny of big government is the other choice.
 
Everything we have heard from the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) is that we must enslave the public with more and more government.  That is exactly what the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) are saying when they say that government will provide free this and free that, and that it is the responsibility of government to solve this problem and that problem,  They who give and they who solve, control. 
 
A summary of the debate:
 
Not one time did I hear that liberties such as speech, or religion should be protected and expanded.
 
Not one time did I hear that I want to free the Americans from regulations and allow the free market system to work.
 
Not one time did I hear that I want to improve the strength of the family by making the murder of the unborn illegal.
 
Not one time did I hear it mentioned that I want to teach the children accurate history so the children will be able to understand why we were founded on the basis of the Creator endowing each individual with natural rights, and why we are a Republic and not a democracy.
 
Not one time did I hear mentioned that our government must adopt zero based budgeting, that we must control waste and corruption in the government, and that we must require all people on any government dole have a limited time and while on the dole they must be training to work.
 
Not one time did I hear mentioned that we must control our borders and enforce immigration laws.
 
Not one time did I hear mentioned that we must become an America that relies on the hard working and innovative individual who strives for self-reliance and not government reliance.
 
Not one time did I hear mentioned that we should again become Freedom Loving Americans and not collectivists (Marxist, communists, socialists, progressives, Democrats, - all virtually the same).
 
Each time I hear these collectivist tell us how we must enslave the American people by increasing the power of the government, I become very frightened that we are on “The Road to Tyranny.”
