Because we are called the United State of America does not mean that we do not have aspiring tyrants within our midst. They are more and more prevalent, and less and less concerned with concealing their ambitions through any means possible. The American left, an aspiring tyrant, demonizes other tyrants while using the very tactic the others are using. The American left has demonized Russian President Putin for being a tyrant.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi rejected the possibility that Russian President Vladimir Putin might address the U.S. Congress, describing the Russian leader as a “tyrant”.
This is what the tyrant of Russia has done to his opponents:
A Russian court has outlawed the organizations of the opposition leader Alexey Navalny by labelling them "extremist" as the Kremlin moves to crush Navalny's movement following his jailing.
The ruling by Moscow's City Court puts Navalny's Anti-Corruption Foundation, the FBK, and its regional political offices alongside terror groups like the Islamic State and means that anyone publicly supporting Navalny could now face lengthy prison sentences, as well as being barred from running in elections.
This is what the American Left in the United States is proposing:
Democrats are using the anniversary of last year’s Capitol riot on January 6 to launch an effort to win the 2022 midterm elections by disqualifying Republicans who supported the effort to challenge the 2020 elections results as “insurrectionists.”
The effort, spearheaded by Russia hoaxer Marc Elias, aims to use a provision of the post-Civil War 14th Amendment that was crafted to disqualify former Confederates or anyone who “shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” from holding federal office.
Tyrants are tyrants. They penalize and attempt to eliminate any who would oppose them. The borders within which the tyrant resides in no way reduces the evil of their actions. The actions of a tyrant in Russia restricts freedom the same way the actions of a tyrant in the United States restricts freedom.
Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
