John Adams reminded us that a republic is defined as a government of laws and not of men. This is in contrast to democracy which has been described as dictatorship of the majority over the minority. In a republic, the rights of individuals must be upheld even when that individual is not a part of the majority. In a democracy, because it is government of men and not of laws, the minority has only the rights the majority agrees to give them at that time. Democracy is known as government of arbitrary law and not rule of law.
Arbitrary is when the question or outcome is subject to individual will or judgment without restriction; contingent solely upon one’s discretion: an arbitrary decision. decided by a judge or arbiter rather than by a law or statute. having unlimited power; uncontrolled or unrestricted by law; despotic; tyrannical: an arbitrary government. It is under democracy we find decisions to be arbitrary and capricious, which is the absence of a rational connection between the facts found and the choice made. … When a judge decides without reasonable grounds or adequate consideration of the circumstances, it is said to be arbitrary and capricious. Evidence that the United States is now a nation of arbitrary law and not rule of law can be found constantly as the “law of the land” or the Constitution is no longer regarded as supreme. Now regulations, executive orders, court decisions, or opinions of bureaucrats and technocrats take precedence. This has become overwhelming as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to redress government, and other such protections become secondary to arbitrary and capricious rulings that these freedoms bring about misinformation, disinformation, hardships on favored groups, would reveal wrong doings of those in power, or would expose crimes committed by favored families. Arbitrary law and capricious rulings are now the ways of the Justice Department in our nation as the courts consistently and constantly overrule the Constitution because in the mind of men, the Constitution does not advance or does not protect the political viewpoint of the judges. This is how Roe vs Wade became what was referred to as the law of the land. This is how we have restricted the freedoms of speech, religion, and our ability to redress government. Our law enforcement agencies and departments have chosen to no longer investigate based on rule of law but have determined that political affiliation and other factors override equal justice under the law. The Department of Justice and the FBI have determined that the protection of any who professes what is called progressivism is the overriding criteria as to whether or not an investigation should happen. All in these enforcement agencies and departments have sworn that they would uphold the Constitution of the United States. They violate that oath consistently and constantly. Today they protect criminals who murder, burn, steal, and riot in the name of justice and equity while arresting, indicting, convicting, and jailing individuals for a crime like trespassing but was under the law redressing government. Evidence of criminality, including what falls under the definition of treason, is ignored, denied, and buried to protect the head of the Biden Crime Family because the “big guy” is advancing the transformation of the United States to communism. There is overwhelming evidence that the Biden Crime Family has enriched itself as the expense of the safety and security of the United States. We who believe in rule of law simply ask that the evidence be investigated and presented to a grand jury which will then choose to indict or not indict based on the facts void of any arbitrary or capricious decisions. The Department of Justice and the FBI, with the aid of the courts, have determined to ignore the Constitution for what they would call the greater good. This is how democracy works, this is how arbitrary law works, this is always a prevalent factor in the demise of nations where individual liberty and freedom were primary factors in their founding.
