WE MUST REGAIN THE SPIRIT OF 1776 OR LOSE ALL OUR FREEDOMS

Only a nation whose government performs the duties intended for government will grow stronger, will become more free, and will greatly prosper. A nation whose people allow its government to determine how they are to live their lives, how they are to think, will become a people who are slaves to a tyrannical government. Freedom takes a self-reliant and independent people. Slavery to government requires a compliant and conforming people.
A strong and free people will require their government to perform only those functions that protect the liberties bestowed on all people by the Creator, and will never accept its government to infringe upon those inalienable rights. The other function a free people will require from their government is to protect their borders from invasion by people seeking to enter illegally, no matter the purpose.
A nation adhering to “rule of law”, a nation that forsakes “arbitrary law” or law by tyrannical rule, understand that fewer laws are better. Easily understood laws, and published laws, are required.
“It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man who knows what the law is today can guess what it will be tomorrow.” James Madison
The process of making a law under the United States Constitution was intended to be long and tedious, a process that demanded deliberation and thought. This process, it was thought, would remove from our republic the danger of democracy or the danger of an emotional mob reacting to what they called a crisis.
Despite the intentions of our founders, we have succumbed to the philosophy that government must be reactive to a perceived crisis and placing on government the dictatorial role of making decisions that should and must be made by individuals if in fact the society is to remain from the tyranny of government. The Democrat party, a party who esteems to play the role of dictator and controller of individuals for what they call the good of the collective, which is communism, has become skilled at contriving a crisis that requires immediate and more government controls.
Here is another example of how the Democrats seek to control your life and your thoughts by taking even more freedom and liberty under false pretenses.
Democrat officials have used the April jobs report to call on Congress to urgently approve hundreds of billions of dollars in childcare aid that Biden has proposed under the American Families Plan, which also includes two free years of universal pre-K.
“If we don’t solve our childcare crisis, there isn’t going to be an economic recovery,” Sen. Patty Murray, who chairs the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, said at a press conference.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters earlier this month that passing the Families Plan “would have a huge benefit in addressing some of the impacts of childcare, on educational needs … that is preventing women from rejoining the workforce.”
Nowhere in our Constitution does it state or imply that the federal government has such responsibilities or authority. In addition, this is not in any way a crisis. This is another example of dedicated followers of Karl Marx adhering to the Marxist philosophy that the state has the responsibility of molding all children to adhere to the Marxist philosophy. The Democrats have manufactured a crisis for furthering indoctrination of the youth.
Under their declaration of a crisis, they will convince the RINO’s or “useful idiots” to go along to get along. This has become the rule for governing and it is not the rare exception. Governing based on a contrived crisis that demands urgency is only critical to those who have promised to transform the United States to a Marxist totalitarian state.
