WHICH CONSTITUTION MS PELOSI

“The actions taken to date by the president have seriously violated the Constitution,” Ms. Pelosi said in a brief speech invoking the nation’s founding principles. Mr. Trump, she added, “must be held accountable — no one is above the law.”
 
The Constitution of which you speak Ms. Pelosi, would it be the same United States Constitution that was drafted and signed in Philadelphia in 1787 and then ratified by the different states, yes the very Constitution Comrade and Islamist Jihad sympathizer Barack Obama told us was severely flawed, the same document you, Obama, and the other Marxist/Progressives say should be a living document?
 
This is what great Americans have stated about the United States Constitution that was drafted and signed in 1787, ratified, and then became the absolute law of the new nation, the United States of America.
 
“The Constitution that I interpret and apply is not living, but dead, or as I prefer to call it, enduring. It means, today, not what current society, much less the court, thinks it ought to mean, but what it meant when it was adopted.”  The late great Justice Scalia
 
The real problem Pelosi and her fellow Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) seem to have with the Constitution of the United States is because as John Adams stated, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”
 
The United States Constitution understands the principles mandatory for freedom and independence, those principles that protect us from the tyranny of government, which is the only tyranny that exists.  The principles so necessary are: Natural rights are given by the Creator and not government, rule of law must prevail and not arbitrary law as is the very essence of tyranny, the government must be limited in its power and scope, the power of government must be greatly divided, and the people must be the sovereign while government serves only as a servant to the people and protector of the rights of the people.  The Constitution cannot be revised to accommodate temporary whims of select factions.

Others have hated the constraints the Constitution places on the government to invade, reduce, restrict, and eliminate the natural rights of the people and the freedom of the people that would enable the government to become a tyrannical government that controls the lives and thoughts of the people.  The goal of collectivists (Marxists, communists, socialists, progressives, Democrats, - all virtually the same) is to be sovereign with the people beholding to the government or slaves to the government.  This is why they despise the United States and especially despise the Constitution of the United States.
 
In the quest of the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) to fundamentally transform the United States, they have belittled and attempted to change the Constitution through any means they can.  They have put forth the idea that the Constitution is a living document, a concept that contradicts the very essence of the Constitution as stated by the great Americans above.
 
Living Constitution is a term used to describe the Constitution's ability to change to meet the needs of each generation without the process of amending. This is a concept used in interpreting the Constitution of U.S. It is based on the notion that Constitution of the United States has relevant meaning beyond the original text and is an evolving and dynamic document that changes over time. Therefore, the views of contemporaneous society should be considered when interpreting key constitutional phrases.
 
Franklin Roosevelt, who was one of the most if not the most destructive individuals of the United States Constitution, stated in direct contrast to the intent of the Constitution, “The United States Constitution has proved itself the most marvelously elastic compilation of rules of government ever written.”
 
No where do we find that any drafter, signer, or ratifier of the Constitution intended that it be elastic.  Elastic means living, or the Constitution can mean anything you want it to mean at any point in time; in other words, the Constitution has no meaning at all.
 
Dedicated collectivist and Islamist Jihad supporter, Comrade Obama described the U.S. Constitution as having “deep flaws”
 
The Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) call for changes to the Constitution on almost a daily basis The means they wish to change the Constitution is in fact UN-constitutional.  We hear calls to change the way our President is elected, to redefine due process of law, to redefine the core of “rule of law” or the accuser must prove guilt and not that the accused must prove innocence, to change basic freedoms such as the right to freely practice our worship of God, to freely speak our thoughts even when they are not popular or conforming, and to bear arms to protect us from the tyranny of government.  The Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) are demanding these changes be made through legislative, executive, or judicial action.  That would be UN-constitutional.  The only way the Constitution would allow these changes to be made would be through amendment.
 
So, Ms. Pelosi, your claim that the Constitution is being trampled is incorrect if you are referring to the Constitution that was drafted and signed in 1787 and then ratified.  Your claim could be correct if you are referring to the Constitution as desired by the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats).  That Constitution can mean anything to anyone at any time so it has no meaning at all.  According to that Constitution, if you declare it to be so, than it is so.
