The claim is that Biden received 7 million more votes in 2020 then Trump. The evidence that the election was stolen was wide ranged and convincing. Lawsuits were brought and the Democrats make the claim that the lawsuits did not agree with the claims and therefore the claims were wrong. The Democrats even cited the lawsuit brought by Texas.
The fallacy with this argument is that the lawsuits were denied without any evidence being given. The Texas lawsuit was denied not because the evidence was in favor of the defense, but because somehow Texas did not have any standing to bring the suit. An absurd ruling to be sure, but it did prevent any hard evidence from being presented. This case was not the exception but is what happened in the other cases, denied because of some technicality, most often lack of standing.
We learned a voting machine error in Antrim County in Michigan resulted in the initial count being reversed. This situation corroborated many other similar errors throughout the country, but never investigated.
Professor J. Alex Halderman of the University of Michigan, a voting systems expert testifying in a Georgia trial demonstrated that Dominion Voting Systems machines were so easily hackable he could use a Bic pen and smart card to copy, edit, and change votes in seconds. Halderman then explained and demonstrated that a person could copy or change files on the voting machine, change its operating settings, or install malware within seconds.
Halderman said accessing the "terminal emulator" could allow a user to bypass the computer's normal security settings and obtain "super-user" access — something that allows a person to read, monitor, and change "anything," including ballots, on the voting machine with "no limits," Law360 Pulse reported.
"All it takes is five seconds and a Bic pen," Halderman said.
Halderman also inserted a "$10" smart card into the machine. He said such smart cards can be programmed to replicate cards used by poll workers, voters, and technicians to access the voting machines.
The poll worker and voter cards can be used county-wide to "print as many ballots as you would like," Halderman said.
The plaintiffs' attorneys played a video, taken outside the courtroom, showing Halderman using a USB flash drive to alter votes in a way undetectable to voters.
This evidence was all available shortly after the 2020 election. This was the evidence that was never allowed to be presented because the ruling was that the plaintiffs lacked standing.
In addition to manipulating voting machines, it has been proven that unofficial ballots were counted, signatures were never checked, votes were counted multiple times, along with other methods to steal the election. All these same fraudulent practices are still available for the 2024 election. The Democrats will use them. The only question is how many votes can they create this election.
