No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.
Oath of office for President of the United States
Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."
This is the same oath Obama took and he has failed in the preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. He has shredded the Constitution.
Constitutional Duties of the President
Serving as commander-in-chief: Under the Constitution, the president is the commander-in-chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, as well as of “the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual service of the United States” — in other words, the National Guard.
The president does not have the power to declare war (that was left for Congress)..
Carrying out legislation: As the head of the executive branch of the federal government, the President is responsible for ensuring that all the nation’s laws are “faithfully executed.” In other words, the President carries out the legislation enacted by Congress but cannot initiate legislation himself.
Constitutionally speaking the president is empowered only to sign or veto legislation that Congress sends to his desk.
Setting foreign policy: The president sets the foreign policy of the United States and in that regard has the authority, “by and with the consent of the Senate” (as indicated by the concurrence of two-thirds of the senators present), to make treaties.
Appointing key personnel: Subject to Senate confirmation, the president appoints ambassadors, justices of the Supreme Court, and “all other Officers of the United States.”
Presenting the State of the Union: The Constitution instructs the president “from time to time to give to the Congress information on the State of the Union and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.”
Pardoning felons: Per the Constitution, the president also can choose to pardon felons, or even to preemptively pardon people who have not been convicted of any crime.
Nothing would legally prohibit a known Muslim from holding the office President. Indeed, a very good argument, despite the objections of the politically correct crowd that indeed a Muslim now holds the office. What we have learned is that Obama has not protected the Constitution. In fact he has attacked and shredded the body of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Specifically he has attacked the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 10th amendments. Obama has failed as Commander in Chief by not protecting the United Sates citizens but he has enabled and abetted enemies of the United States. That is defined as treason.
We have witnessed how a Muslim preforms the constitutional duties of the office. Yes, legally a Muslim can hold the office, but because of their Muslim beliefs, they are incapable of fulfilling the duties of the office as required by the oath and the duties. Muslims believe and practice discrimination against women, they do not believe in freedom, and they do not believe in keeping religion separate from the government. Every Freedom Loving American must understand this when choosing for whom to cast his vote. The politically correct crowd will of course denounce us, but will cry out for us to rescue them when our freedoms have been completely shredded and we are a caliphate state.
