The nation’s third largest city also saw 1,100 more shooting incidents in 2016 than it did in 2015, according to data released Sunday by the Chicago Police Department. New York, the nation’s largest city, logged 334 homicides in 2016, according to the New York Daily News, while the country’s second-largest city, Los Angeles, saw 294, reports the LA Times.
The Black Lives Matter movement is responsible for a rise in violent crime across the country, according to former Chicago police superintendent Garry McCarthy.
McCarthy placed blame on the movement and their protests for creating a “political atmosphere of anti-police sentiment” across the country.
McCarthy explained that the movement has created an environment that has “emboldened” violent criminals, while “hamstringing” police officers, which McCarthy said contributes to increased “lawlessness” and violent crime.
“So what’s happening, and this is ironic, is that a movement with the goal of saving black lives at this point is getting black lives taken, because 80 percent of our murder victims here in Chicago are male blacks,” he explained.
McCarthy went on to explain that the murder rate has skyrocketed 90 percent in Chicago over the past two years, which he said is “simply unacceptable.”
“We are very clearly going down the wrong path,” he added.
Part of the reason crime continues to skyrocket, McCarthy explained, is because policing procedures that have proven to reduce crime in cities is being “reversed,” partly because of the Black Lives Matter movement and anti-police sentiment.
Obama defended the Black Lives Matter movement at a memorial service for five slain Dallas police officers, saying bigotry remains a problem in police departments across the U.S.
While paying tribute to the fallen officers for sacrificing their lives to protect anti-police protesters from a sniper, Obama also called on law enforcement agencies to root out bias that he said is contributing to violence on the streets of America.
“We have all seen this bigotry in our lives at some point,” Obama said. “None of us is entirely innocent. No institution is entirely immune. And that includes our police departments. We know this.”
Flanked by liberal legislators, and Black Lives Matter founders Brittany Packnett and DeRay Mckesson, Obama told White House meeting of young militant leftists that they “are much better organizers” than he was at their age, and that he is “confident that they are going to take America to new heights.”
When Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder came to speak to the members of the Democrat Party’s Black Caucus as part of the Democrat National Convention activities, he pulled no punches.
There’s a lot at stake for the Black Community in this election, and making sure your electoral voice is heard is going to be important.
In a rousing 19-minute speech in front of 300 people at the Philadelphia Convention Center, Holder urged African-Americans to cast their votes for Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton and to support the Black Lives Matter movement in its efforts to stop police brutality.
Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton pursued the endorsement of Black Lives Matter activists but blew off the largest police union in the United States.
After almost a year of meeting with Black Lives Matter representatives, Clinton failed to garner the support of the movement’s co-founder Alicia Garza, but she managed to receive the endorsement of mothers championed by the Black Lives Matter movement.
Besides the common hatred for law enforcement across the United States, Obama, Holder, Clinton and all Marxist/Progressives also have common bonds with the Black Lives Movement in their common love and devotion to all things Marxist. This is what the Black Lives Movement said about Fidel Castro when he died. Notice their praise of Castro’s policies duplicate the same polices advocated by Obama, Holder, Clinton, and all Marxists.
The Black Lives Matter movement mourned the death of former Cuban leader Fidel Castro in a statement, saying they were similarly on a “revolution” to create a world of “freedom” and “peace.” The statement hailed the authoritarian dictator and staunch U.S. adversary who ruled Cuba for almost 50 years as an ideal revolutionary leader because of his insistence that healthy food, clean water, healthcare, paid vacations and education were all “requirements of any humane society,” while the freedom of “oppressed people” remained prevalent in the U.S. among “people of color.”
“As Fidel ascends to the realm of the ancestors, we summon his guidance, strength, and power as we recommit ourselves to the struggle for universal freedom. Fidel Vive!” the statement said.
Marx said that in order to bring about his socially fair and just classless society, the old society would have to be destroyed so the new society could be built. This is the mission of Black Lives Matter, Obama, Holder, Clinton and all Marxists. Remember, Obama promised to fundamentally transform the United States from a free and capitalist society to a Marxist totalitarian state through hope and change.
