We know the takeover of the industry is far more important to Obama and the Marxist/Progressives than is the care and the coverage of the American people. Obama has violated the United States Constitution by rewriting the ACA many times on his own. All of these delays have been for political purposes. Obama told us how critical this care was for Americans and yet he delayed the deadlines for corporations, self-employed and now individuals. In affect he is saying the health care coverage really is not that important after all.
We know well over 1000 waivers have been granted to different companies. Unions have been given special accommodations. I want to remind you all of these elements were written into the law. According to the United States Constitution congress would have had to pass amendments to the law and then the executive would sign them. It is not lawful for the executive to sign executive orders or speak these changes into effect, an yet that is what has happened.
The Marxist/Progressive party stands to lose control of the Senate because many of the Senators who voted for this law are in serious trouble of being re-elected. The law loses more popularity every day and it was never popular with the American people in the first place. Many cries have been heard to fix the law and yet Obama, head of the regime and Marxist/Progressives refuses to be persuaded. The cries for change have to do with health coverage and care. Obama could care less about those aspects. He fears if he allows Harry Reid and the Senate to amend the law, it will end up weakening his hold on 20% of the economy which is the health industry. This he cannot do. That would be a step back in his pursuit to fundamentally transform the United States from a free capitalistic economy to a conforming and egalitarian Marxist society. His ideology far outweighs his concern for the health coverage and care of the American public.
