Obama, head of the Regime and Marxist/Progressives has in the past voiced his disdain for the process laid out by the Constitution. The Constitution says the executive’s part of the process is to sign a passed bill by congress to make it law or veto the bill to send it back to congress. It is the duty of the executive to fairly administer the law. Obama has failed miserably and has violated his oath many times. He, along with Holder, has chosen the laws they want to enforce and have ignored those they do not like. The regime has been selective in administering the law as opposed to being impartial. They have aided other members of the regime in their efforts to obstruct justice by lying to congress and destroying evidence.
Just recently we have learned of three more areas where Obama and the regime will violate the Constitution. Treasury Secretary Lew has told us the regime will administer the tax code as it needs to so they can punish companies who have decided to move their headquarters to another country to avoid the anti-business tax code and anti-business environment under this Marxist regime. Lew is speaking of violating the Constitution. Congress is supposed to write law.
Obama has already violated the Constitution by rewriting immigration law. Obama is now threatening to be even more blatant in his violations of the Constitution. He has said if you Congress will not pass the immigration law I want then I will make my own law. This is exercising arbitrary law and not rule of law. This is how the law works in a totalitarian state and not in a free United States.
The Constitution specifically says that any treaty must be ratified by the Senate with a two thirds majority. The Constitution does not provide for any exceptions. Woodrow Wilson learned how this works after World War I. Now Obama is bypassing Congress on the treaty to mitigate climate change. This vote will not even be taken by the Senate; either because it will fail or Reid does not want to put vulnerable Marxist candidates at more risk of losing or both.
Our government no longer has three co-equal branches of government but we have an elected dictator. We are much closer to being a totalitarian state than we were five years ago.
