The United States today does not follow the constitution. The Executive branch of our government has also become the law making branch of our government which is directly in contrast to the division of power concept which was instituted to protect our freedom. The Judicial branch controls all outcomes of any and all differences so that many times one or two individuals override the Legislative branch. The people have been the losers. The people are the losers because it is the people who were supposed to be the ultimate power. The people have surrendered the power because they refused to accept responsibility. The constitution that was put into place to protect the people has been shredded and is used by the government to control the people.
Even as concerning as this problem is, these diversions have taken the financial problems this country faces and has buried them. The concept of the “safety net” government is doing to the United States what is happening in Greece. Greece has absolutely no way out of their problems other than a total collapse of their economy and then rebuilding. The very people who were promised that they would be the benefactors of their “safety net” government are the very people who will suffer the most. The inevitable end of the proponents of a “safety net” is the eventual collapse of the government.
Yet, here in the United States we march along concerned about the foolish statements of Trump, the flying of a historical emblem, and anything else deemed important by the Marxists. This is done so we do not have to honestly look at the “emperor” and realize that he is not wearing clothes. Greece refused to face up to their fiscal irresponsibility; the United State refuses to face up to our fiscal irresponsibility. The Romans refused to face up to the deterioration of their ethics and morals; The United States refuse to face up to its deterioration of our ethics and morals. Western Europe refused to face the danger of the Nazi war machine and tried to appease Hitler; the United States refuses to face the realities of the danger of the Islamist Jihadist threat including ISIS and Iran and continues to appease them.
All the mistakes great powers have made in the past, The United States is making today. There are difficult and real issues and we refusing to discuss them because it has been deemed by the left that it is not politically correct to discuss the real issues facing our nation today. The discussion is about those issues that are deemed to be politically correct issues; issues dealing with what the Marxist would refer to as social justice, equality for all, and all conforming to what is considered to be politically correct. It is these very issues of the Marxists that have been responsible for the destruction of the free and the prosperous nations in the past.
The Marxist/Progressives have set this pattern and are determined to destroy The United States of America founded by the rebels of 1776. They are succeeding, but not without the help of those on the right who are more concerned with being accepted. Where are our Sam Adams; Where are our Churchill’s; Where are our Goldwater’s; Where are our Reagans; Do we not have one States-person to rise from the ashes and lead again what was a great and free nation back to its glory days when citizens believed in independence, self-reliance, and were willing to be non-conformists and shout “But the Emperor has no clothes.”
