The Constitution gives this authority to the Supreme Court: The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority;--to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls;--to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction;--to controversies to which the United States shall be a party;--to controversies between two or more states;--between a state and citizens of another state;--between citizens of different states;--between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states, and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens or subjects.
The Constitution of the United States does not extend legislative power to the courts; it only extends the review of the law.
Every day we have federal, state, and local officials in violation of federal immigration laws. The United States Congress has passed and the Executive signed laws on how individuals can legally be in the United States. The Obama Regime, some states, and sanctuary cities have said these laws do not apply and they will not honor the federal immigration laws dully passed. Executive orders, state laws, and local laws do not override the federal law. Yet our executive branch and our courts refuse to enforce the law of the land. None of these officials has been jailed for this refusal.
This is “rule of law” being imposed selectively with the Marxist/Progressives and their “useful idiots” making the selection. Kim Davis did not violate a law. The sanctuary city proponents willfully violate laws every day. Arbitrary law, which is applying law selectively, is the form used by a totalitarian state. We must forcefully make this argument. We know that Obama and Jarrett support this move to a totalitarian state. Today we are witnessing the very branch of our government that is supposed to guard the “rule of law” for all citizens, violating this concept continually. Obama may not have declared himself dictator as of yet, but in fact we do have a dictatorship by the courts and it is being upheld by five people who sit on the Supreme Court. The courts are paving the way for Obama by usurping the constitutional power and rights of the states and the people and placing all power in the judicial system.
