I do not remember a time in my lifetime when a President stated he would not deal with the Congress of the United States. The Presidents I remember treated the Congress as a co-equal branch of government; after all this is what the United States Constitution dictates. I do not remember a time when a President would by a unilateral statement change a law of the land. I do not remember a time when the executive branch through its agencies and Justice Department would punish states because the state would disagree with said branch. All Freedom Loving Americans whether you lean left or right, better heed what is happening.
The latest argument between the regime, headed by Obama, who also heads the Marxist/Progressive party and congress, is another blatant statement by the Marxist/Progressives that “the United States Constitution be damned.” A president does not state he will not talk to congress. A dictator does. A president does not denigrate personally those who disagree. A dictator does.
In modern usage, the term "dictator" is generally used to describe a leader who holds and/or abuses an extraordinary amount of personal power, especially the power to make laws without effective restraint by a legislative assembly. Dictatorships are often characterized by some of the following traits: suspension of elections and of civil liberties; proclamation of a state of emergency; rule by decree; repression of political opponents without abiding by rule of law procedures; these include single-party state, and cult of personality.
This is what is happening. If you, each of you, will step back from the fray of the current disagreements, and look at the process employed by Obama, head of the regime and Marxist/Progressive party, you will see the action of a dictator, per the above definition, and not a president, for a president is one who presides and provides leadership bringing factions together.
Our republic is in grave danger.
