Karl Marx said to transform a capitalist and free society to a communist society it is necessary to have a steeply progressive income tax. Marx explained that the wealthy did not really earn, and thus deserve, what they have. Marx explained that the wealthy gained their wealth by stealing from the worker. Marx explained that it was thus necessary to have a steeply progressive income tax during the early stages of the transformation. Eventually Marx, explained all the GDP would go directly to the government and there would be no need for any income tax.
Marx went on to explain that all wealth or income should not be distributed based on effort or productivity, but it should be distributed based on need: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.” This is commonly referred to as a fair and just society with the government deciding what was fair and just.
What history has proven is exactly what Marx and all communists desire and that is that Socialism limits growth. Marx said this was good because when the economy grows faster than the rate of growth of the population, the greedy and evil receive more than their fair share and evil capitalism starts again.
History has also proven that tax cuts generate economic growth and this economic growth raises the standard of living for all. Economic growth creates opportunities for all, and it is on this premise we celebrate the “American Dream’ worldwide.
Trump won the election because he promised that he would promote a simpler tax code, he would fight for lower taxes for all, and he would cut government spending. History has proven that all three of these promises have and would create economic growth and opportunities for all. This is in direct contrast to what the Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) desire.
The Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) who signed onto a letter, spearheaded by Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (M/P-N.Y.) Schumer and Oregon Sen. Ron Wyden, the top Marxist/Progressive (Democrat) on the tax-writing Finance Committee, made two blunt demands on taxes: They will not back any bill that gives new breaks to the wealthiest individuals and will not back any legislation that adds to the deficit.
"Tax reform cannot be a cover story for delivering tax cuts to the wealthiest," the senators wrote. "We will not support any tax plan that includes tax cuts for the top 1 percent."
The Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) added that they "will not support any effort to pass deficit-financed tax cuts, which would endanger critical programs like Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and other public investments in the future."
This is exactly the program proposed by Marx and implemented by Lenin and Obama. The steepness of any tax table cannot be reduced but only increased. In addition, we must remember that the end goal of the Marxist/Progressive is to have all GDP paid directly to the government and then the government will redistribute based on need as they define need, and not based at all on productivity or effort.
Communism always incorporates Socialism. Karl Marx was a Communist, therefore Karl Marx was a Socialist. Lenin was a Communist, therefore Lenin was a Socialist. Barack Obama is a Communist, therefore Barack Obama is also a Socialist. Most members of the Marxist/Progressive Party (Democrats) are Communists, therefore they are Socialists. A Socialist will always oppose any reduction in the steepness of a progressive tax code. A Socialist will always oppose any reduction in the amount of the GDP to be received by the government and any reduction in any redistribution program. The Socialist will always oppose any effort that reverses in any way shape or form the progress they have already made in their efforts to have all GDP paid directly to the government so the government can redistribute based on their definition of need under the Marxist totalitarian state.
Marx would have signed this letter. Lenin would have signed this letter. Barack Obama would have signed this letter. Any Communist, who is by definition a Socialist, would sign this letter. Marxist/Progressives (Democrats) signed this letter. It should surprise nobody.
