Do the same thing over and over and expect different results are how insanity is defined by many. The Marxist/Progressives have believed if the wealth is shared and capitalism is regulated and even eliminated, poverty will be reduced and eventually eliminated. LBJ said we will have a war on poverty in 1965, and started the tax and redistribution programs that have amounted to redistributing trillions of dollars over the years. The Marxist/Progressives say the fight is working, but we just need more programs to reduce and eventually eliminate poverty. This statement was in the paper yesterday:
THE NUMBER OF AMERICANS LIVING IN POVERTY HAS SPIKED TO RECORD LEVELS.
This is truly a situation where ideology gets in the way of
facts. The hatred by the Marxist/Progressive toward the capitalist and other achievers is so great they continue to allow more and more people to be added to the roles of poverty. This is not unique to the United States, but is true in every society where these types of policies have been implemented. When ideologists are allowed to implement economic policies, can we expect anything different? The policies being implemented by the current Marxist/Progressive administration are the same policies that have always resulted in failure and brought more and more poverty. And yet this Marxist/Progressive administration insists on doing them over and over; and with the same results. This is insanity.
