We know the programs of the Obama regime were never intended to improve the overall economics of the country. Their intent is to do what Marx told them to do and that is to bring about economic equality. In 1965, before Johnson started the so called war on poverty, approximately 12% of the population was considered to be living in poverty. In 2008, prior to this regime of Marxist/Progressives, the poverty rate was approximately 13%, higher then when the war on poverty began. But today, after the full effect of the Marxist/Progressive programs of wealth sharing has taken place, the rate of poverty has risen to in excess of 15%.
In numbers we find 36million people were considered to be living in poverty in 2008. Today that number has grown to over 46 million. The average household income in 2008 was just over $54,000. Today the average household income is under $50,000 and declining.
The Marxist/Progressive programs implemented by the Obama regime are working as they are intended to work. They are bringing about more economic equality by bringing more and more people into poverty. This is the way the Marxist/Progressive programs have worked every time and everywhere they have been tried. Any time any country has taken funds from the private sector to spread around through government programs, the economy of the country has suffered and poverty rates and true unemployment have increased. Remember, the philosophy of Marx says the needs of all should be supplied, but wants and desires are evils of a capitalistic society. In practice this has applied to the general population, but those in the ruling class have their wants and desires fulfilled. This is best exemplified today by Obama saying Obamacare is good for you, but not for me, Michele and the girls.
