Immediately the pundits on the right started to explain all the fallacies in the numbers. They pointed out that these were not newly insured people, that these numbers were not based on people who had paid premiums and on and on. Regardless of whether or not the numbers were accurate or fallacious, Obama had succeeded in his purpose.
The press would report these number as an overwhelming success. The debate would be focused on numbers and not the real purpose of Obamacare. Always remember, Obamacare was never about numbers, it was never about health coverage of currently insured or uninsured nor was it ever about health care. Obamacare was always and is still about 20% or the American economy being that much closer to being totally regulated and controlled by the central government.
A major part of the fundamental transformation we were promised in November of 2008 is having all commerce centralized and controlled. The medical part of the economy is especially vulnerable to the takeover by the Marxist/Progressives because of the emotions involved. Ronald Reagan warned of this very thing in a speech he made in 1961. He was absolutely correct. Reagan would not have allowed himself to be so easily swayed and directed in the debate. He would have remained focused on the core issue; will we remain a free capitalist society or a Marxist society that employs despotic means as Marx said would be necessary to complete the fundamental transformation from a free capitalist society to a Marxist society.
