Trump was asked about Obama and his Muslim belief at a town hall meeting. Although the answer Trump gave was meandering and non-responsive, the criticism
Trump has taken from others is wrong. Trump has no responsibility to correct the opinion of another citizen concerning the religious beliefs of others when he does not know for sure what those religious beliefs are. Trump is not and should not be politically correct. Those who criticized Trump are the ones who should be chastised for their immediate politically correct responses. They do not know Obama's religious beliefs any more than Trump does.
What we know about Obama's religious beliefs is sketchy at best. We do know Obama attended the church of Jeremiah Wright for many years. We also know the message that was preached from the pulpit was that America is bad and the attacks on America were justified because of the imperialist actions of the United States. Which God was preached is questionable, since it appears hate seems to have been the main theme.
We also know that Obama has had meetings with different Muslim groups because they were Muslim groups and not many if any Christian groups seem to be asked to the White House for special hearings. Obama and Michelle have certainly not been enthusiastic about the Christian prayer breakfasts which have been an American tradition. Obama has been sure to acknowledge and call attention to Muslim holidays.
The policies of the Obama regime have favored Muslims. Obama helped force a change in Egypt that brought the Muslim Brotherhood to power. When the Egyptian people rejected the Muslim Brotherhood, Obama denounced the Egyptian people for overthrowing what he called a duly elected government. Obama has favored Iran in the Middle East. He has openly denounced Israel's policies and has enabled Iran to proceed with their plans to become a nuclear power. He would have the world believe he is supporting Israel, but the evidence does not support Obama.
The Politically Correct crowd immediately said Obama is a Christian. They do not know. Obama has never given any real evidence that is his belief. Evidence would show he was schooled in the Muslim doctrine in his early years. Nobody has explained or shown when Obama might have embraced the Christian faith. Obama would have us believe he is Christian, but then he would also like us to believe he is a capitalist and an American Patriot. Evidence would support he is neither.
The American citizen who said Obama is Muslim has at least as much evidence to support his claim as do the Politically Correct crowd has when they say Obama is Christian. Trump should have and could have given a much more precise answer than he did, but then Trump answered in typical Trump fashion.
The mystic of Obama continues because it appears Obama does not want the American public to know his true political or religious beliefs. It is foolish for Republican candidates to perpetuate the myth of Obama. Ted Cruz was correct when he said the question about Obama's religious beliefs was between Obama and God.
However, the question of Obama encouraging and enabling the Muslim Terrorists is between the American people and Obama the Muslim Terrorist sympathizer.
